Embracing change

Following a landmark COP28 in Dubai, 130 national governments have committed to tripling the world’s installed renewable energy generation capacity. The February edition of pv magazine global takes a look at how solar will power the transition – and asks how steps taken at the UAE conference might affect the global PV industry.

Tripling renewables generation by the end of this decade will require significant gains in emerging and expanding PV markets.
