TOPCon, and other n-type technologies moving toward the PV manufacturing mainstream this year, make bold claims regarding long-term reliability and durability under high temperatures and other challenging conditions in the field. And as these modules are deployed in increasing numbers, the whole industry is eager to see how these claims stack up.
In this pv magazine Webinar, produced in partnership with JinkoSolar, we’ll examine the reliability profile and technical performance of n-type modules, addressing concerns on both the cell technology and bill of materials side. And we’ll explore the financial impacts at project level of these different material decisions.
Mohamed Saady, Head of technical services & product management MENA at JinkoSolar, will discuss the benefits of JinkoSolar’ TOPCon technology with specific examples from the field, and how ensuring reliability from the beginning will ultimately have a positive impact on levelized cost of electricity for an entire project.
We’ll then further examine the reliability profile of n-type modules, and the need to carefully consider bill of materials components for potential benefits of cell technology to be realized. Tristan Erion-Lorico, VP of Sales and Marketing at PVEL, will take us through some of the emerging trends and share the latest results from his lab’s extensive testing.
pv magazine Webinar content:
- Reliability and technical performance of n-type modules
- Technical features and financial impacts
- Selection criteria for bill of materials components
- Case studies and test results for n-type modules
- Q&A
Attendees will have the opportunity to submit their questions for the speakers and become part of the discussion during the live Q&A. Mark Hutchins, Editor at pv magazine, will be the moderator of this webinar.
Registration for this pv magazine Webinar is free of charge.
