Since January 2019, Vartan Oskanian is with Recom as Advisor to the CEO, where he brings thirty years of experience in international relations, negotiations, public international law and public policy. Vartan Oskanian served as minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Armenia from 1998 to 2008. Prior to his ministerial appointment, he held several high level positions in the ministry, which he had joined from the first day of Armenia’s independence in September 1991.
