Colt has covered renewable development, policy and regulation since 2020. Prior to that, he worked at The Press of Atlantic City. A graduate of Temple University, Colt joined OPIS in 2024, where he tracks the price of solar modules and reports on the domestic solar supply chain and trade policy in the US.
