Oil-rich nations such as Kuwait and Saudi Arabia are funding their renewables transitions using sovereign wealth funds.<br \/>\nIt\u2019s an uphill battle for governments without resources to funnel into solar. That said, plenty of players are acting. In Jordan, domestic energy users are availing of rooftop solar thanks to a government-run tariff scheme, for example.
